Q: Am I able to use an InPrivy link on a button on my website?
If yes, how many documents would someone be able upload at once and do I receive an alert - email letting me know that my client has uploaded a document or documents? thank you

A: Hi there,
What do you mean by "link on a button"? You can create a Public Sharing URL and link to that. And yes, you can enable notifications (see "Inbox") to get an email when something was shared via that link.

The InPrivy part in this scenario is quite small and I cannot answer the other parts. But as for #3, that's possible via our API (no file upload though). The rest is automation via a tool like Zapier and has nothing to do with InPrivy.

That sounds like a lot of manual work if you have many links to generate and share. We do offer an API that allows you to create shareable secrets, but that endpoint is not able to add files, so only text content.
But other than that, you could use InPrivy for this use-case, yes.

This is not a bulk use case, it was to see whether normal links could be secured with InPrivy via shareable secrets.

If you want people to share secrets with you, you will need to create a "Public Sharing URL" within the "Domains" settings. That's a global link for the workspace. You can share that link with anybody who needs to share a secret with you.
When a secret was created that way, it's available in your InPrivy Inbox and will be deleted after 30 days, if not deleted manually by you before...
