RobertUKQ: Data hosting locations and privacy compliance
Could you please clarify:
1. In which country is your company legally based, and which privacy and data protection laws apply to your service?
2. In which countries is customer data stored and processed, including shared files, backups and logs? Which hosting providers do you use?
3. Can customers choose their data hosting location? If so, which locations are available under the AppSumo deal?
4. Is any customer data transferred to, or accessible by staff or service providers in, other countries?
As a UK customer, I’d also appreciate confirmation of how you comply with the UK GDPR and EU GDPR, where applicable.

4. If you mean members you add yourself, or if you connect MailerLite or another third-party service, then yes, definitely. However, if you're referring to the builder of InPrivy, I don't think so.
InPrivy is hosted and operated in Germany, within the EU, and is set up to comply with GDPR requirements.
