Q: Role permissions changed after the latest update — clients lost access to conversations and account settings
Hello,
I have a lifetime AppSumo account with InsertChat, and after the latest update my clients lost permissions they previously had.
Before the update, the users I invited could view conversations with their own customers and manage their own account settings. Now they can no longer access those conversations or edit their account settings.
Q: Urgent demand for the permanent deletion of my account due to repeated hacking attacks and support failures
My account is being regularly hacked, and I have no way to defend myself because I can’t access it. Yet I constantly receive emails saying someone is trying to change my subscriptions or reset passwords.
That’s why I demand you permanently delete my account, as I have no means to do this myself.
