InsertChat are the ones that finally did Chatbots the right way, and this has been a long journey of chatbots
InsertChat gives me a customized experience for my clients with a plethora of customizable options. The way the AI trains using links via sitemap and documents makes the chatbot royally perfect👑 The three options of just training, or training with random information, or just random information gives incredible flexibility for various uses. For example, because my niche is really unique it has to work with just the training because if not the output would be more suitable for other product types that we don't offer. InsertChat's microscopic focus helps tremendously when it comes to precision. 5 overstuffed tacos with salsa, chilis and guac, a chat bot for the century. The talk to chat feature pushed it over the top and the tabular data it gives in answers is devilishly amazing 🌮🌮🌮🌮🌮

Issues (now resolved)
Revising my review after experiencing active support.
The core bot functionality and the customer experience is at par.
[Previous Review]
Purchased two codes today at the last hours. Went through entire boarding process including training. All went well until I ran the first test.
I cannot chat as the bot indefinitely spins; thinking.
I assume this might be temporary.
Cannot create a post in Discord. I recorded my Issue and wanted to post in support but seems it is not allowing.
So stuck at this point.
Will revise the Tacos once I can experience the bot interactions.
Good thing: The onboarding was seamless for me

Oct 25, 2024Bonjour TGP,
The issue was caused by an update we released, which affected the inference of the model provider due to the high volume we generated. It should be resolved now.
You are unable to create a post in Discord because you mentioned AppSumo or something related to it. We have recurring customers on that platform, which is why we do not allow discussions about the lifetime deal.

Lacking support options, slow replies
I have tried to use this a few times but have run into issues. The ONLY support option is discord which is not good. We do not use discord. If you do not trust your own chat platform to provide support that seems suspicious. There is no follow up to issues, you have to keep discord open to get notifications. Where is the documentation?
Sadly I do not have time to refund this.
You need to spell check the website, there are a few dozen issues that look bad. Starting with your pricing button on annual plans.
-- Update to his reply
You didnt even address any issues here. DISCORD SUCKS for your only support channel. Your chat is riddled with red error boxes, and I cannot get help.
You need to have other support channels, end of story.

Oct 24, 2024Bonjour David8967,
Thank you for your feedback. The nature of AI chatbots is that they need data to be trained effectively—you can’t anticipate every question until the data starts coming in. This is especially true during an AppSumo campaign, where there’s a rush of activity and questions. Training the bot in real time during that rush isn’t feasible, but it has nothing to do with trust.
