Q: Capture / Export / UI and UX suggestions

Hi Majda,

Thanks for answering the previous questions.

1)Capture
a)Does your platform have a solid GDPR/Data policy?
b)Will we be able to specify details we capture (Firstname, Surname, Email, Mobile etc)

2)Export
a)Webhooks live by the end of 2025?
b)Zapier on roadmap?
c)Native intergration with Brevo on roadmap?

3)UX - Please consider Thrivedesk design. Suggestions:
a)Using 2 tabs at the bottom - Chat/Help, ditch others.
b)'Send us a message' with phone and text icons. If voice is not setup then only needs to be 1 option.
c)User info capture isn't intuitive. When after adding your name it doesn't show up in the chat. Normal collection of name/email would be more user friendly.
d)If you open a help article in the bot clicking the back arrow doesn't go back to the 'Help' tab list of articles but straight back to the Main tab.

A: Hi Matt,
I'm happy to answer your questions.

1)Capture
a)Does your platform have a solid GDPR/Data policy?
Yes, we’re GDPR and SOC 2 compliant, you can check it in our trust center: https://intelswift-security.trust.site/

b)Will we be able to specify details we capture (Firstname, Surname, Email, Mobile etc)
Yes, you can configure it in the workflow.

2)Export
a)Webhooks live by the end of 2025?
AI Action Web hooks already live although Q4 will being custom authentication, and AI Actin templates with E-commerce and beyond. Webhooks in custom integrations is in a roadmap for Q4/2025.

b)Zapier on roadmap?
While Zapier isn’t in our Q4 roadmap it certainly is in Q1 2026. But as of Q4 you will be able to integrate with any third party application via web hooks from our V2 custom integrations which is in a Q4 roadmap.

c)Native integration with Brevo on roadmap?
Bravo isn’t in Q4, but will be in our Q1/2026 roadmap as we expand the number of CRM, HelpDesk, and Project Management software integrations.

3)UX - Please consider Thrivedesk design—suggestions:
a)Using 2 tabs at the bottom - Chat/Help, ditch others.
It’s customizable; you can leave only the home page tab and conversation tab. We believe that the conversation tab is important, but we will consider the option to hide it if the user wants. We also are working on redesigning our Web widget with more customizations coming in Q4.

b)'Send us a message' with phone and text icons. If voice is not setup then only needs to be 1 option.
Yes, you can have only chat or only voice icon, it depends on your AI agent configurations.

c)User info capture isn't intuitive. When after adding your name it doesn't show up in the chat. Normal collection of name/email would be more user friendly.
Thank you for the suggestion. We constantly keep improving our design.

d)If you open a help article in the bot clicking the back arrow doesn't go back to the 'Help' tab list of articles but straight back to the Main tab.
Thank you for pointing this out. We have already fixed it and the fix will be available next week.
