Your product has great potential as an omni channel solution.
1)Could you confirm you will support incoming and outgoing email as a first touch point within Intelswift including IMAP/SMTP
2)Can we use BYOK for additional Ai credits if we use up our monthly allowance?
3)Currently is the iOS app only for live chat - is there plan we can respond to all channels in the app?
4)To make this agency friendly - any news on Tier 4 with additional seats ?

Yes, we confirm that in Q4 we will deliver such a function.

Yes, we will also add it in Q4.
3)Currently is the iOS app only for live chat - is there plan we can respond to all channels in the app?
You can respond to all channels through the iOS app, not just live chat. The iOS app supports live chat, where a human takes over the conversation, and it’s also omnichannel.
4)To make this agency friendly - any news on Tier 4 with additional seats?
Currently, we’re considering adding Tier 4 and working on it with the AppSumo team, but it may take some time to go live.
