Q: Is Tier 3 on Appsumo Equivalent to the Voice Plan on your website?

I just need to know if I am getting that voice functionality as that's very important for me switching over as I don't like my current phone solution.

A few other questions.

Can we buy additional user seats? And if so what is the cost?
Can we also buy additional conversations or voice minutes if needed?
How many phone numbers can we have attached to an account? And is it a twillio integration or do we move our number over to intelswift?

Appreciate the answers, I have two businesses. One deeply requires a helpdesk solution for a tour business, the other is a start up consulting company I run so if this solution works well I'll be sending many clients your way.

Yes, but only through WebTRC, not via the phone line.
You can deploy an AI Agent on your phone, but that’s the functionality that we provide in the enterprise plan, since this requires SIP Trunk configurations and some other custom work from our team, and it’s not included in AppSumo tiers.

Yes, in AppSumo tiers you can buy extra conversations or voice minutes.

How many phone numbers can we have attached to an account? And is it a twillio integration or do we move our number over to intelswift?
We currently have no limit on the number of phone numbers connected.
There are 2 ways to integrate phone numbers today
1. Via SIP Trunk - where you leverage your existing phone provider but configure SIP trunk to redirect calls to our SIP Gateway
2. Via call redirect, where you will configure your existing phone number to redirect calls to one of the phone numbers we purchase for you in Telnyx.
