As the number of seats is very low in Tier 3 - 3 seats - can each seat be used in multiple workspaces - or 1 user uses all 3 if 3 workspace (this is the biggest weakness in the deal at the moment .. such low seat numbers)
BTW .. typo in your listing .. "while labelling" in the tier descriptions

Yes, from every workspace you can create a unique help site (public help center).
Can different live chats be styled differently?
Yes, every web messenger can be styled differently.
As the number of seats is very low in Tier 3 - 3 seats - can each seat be used in multiple workspaces - or 1 user uses all 3 if 3 workspace (this is the biggest weakness in the deal at the moment .. such low seat numbers)
Every seat can be used in one or multiple workspaces, depending on the permissions that you will set up.
Moreover, we are thinking of creating a higher tier with more team seats.
