A little buggy, great support, and the branding never goes away

Pros: it works, 10,000 emails for $49 against about 23 euros a month on their own site, technical support inside 24 hours from a real person who followed up. API and webhooks on every tier, 20 years in SMS so they will still be here.

Cons: manual PDF onboarding, the timezone bug that delayed an email seven hours, the setup page that hangs on a loading bubble, hard to learn, branding on every tier up to $429, and the branding question they never answered (non-technical support - still waiting a week later)

Once you style the email as HTML the powered-by line is not terrible. I would ignore the SMS add-on because $35 for 2,000 credits is their normal list price.

Promising European email marketing tool with fair pricing

We bought InTouch because we were looking for an email marketing solution for three of our brands. Even though it was a Launchpad deal, we chose tier 3 so we could really try it out.
So far, the experience has been very positive. The interface looks great, everything feels clear, and I especially like the automation journey. It is still in beta, but it already makes building an email flow feel very visual and intuitive.

We chose InTouch for two main reasons:
First, we are planning to move to Italy next year, so it feels good to support an Italian business. It is also a European company, and we are trying to move more of our overseas subscriptions to European alternatives.
Second, I really like that their pricing is based on the number of emails sent rather than the number of subscribers. For us, that feels like a much fairer proposition. I am not an avid newsletter writer, and I have always found it frustrating to pay based on subscriber numbers when actual usage depends on how many emails you send.

Of course, there are still a few things that could be improved; it’s a new product, so that’s to be expected. The onboarding process, for example, currently uses a PDF form, which feels a bit clunky. That said, I could also smile about it, and the support team was quick to help us out.
They addressed all our questions and minor issues promptly. I do hope the template builder gets a makeover at some point. It feels a little outdated, but it does work.

Overall, InTouch feels like a promising platform with a clear interface, a fair pricing model, and a responsive, helpful support team. We feel confident enough to purchase two more Tier 3 licenses for our other businesses.
