In the Client Portal, can I upload documents other than invoice reports and estimates, such as documents being worked on with the client, among others? And how much storage space is available? Thank you.
I'm interested in your product, but I've noticed you haven't responded to questions and reviews for some time. Are you still in operation? If so, what are your future plans and prospects for sustainability?

Is it possible to have the invoice amount be different based on date of payment. I have a 5% penalty if not paid by due date. Can this scenario be handled by Invoiless without having to issue a separate invoice with penalty fee and track the right amount (base + penalty) if paid after due date. Thanks.
A: Yes! You can automatically add a 5% late fee after the due date. Check out our guide for setting up automated late fees: https://invoiless.tawk.help/article/automated-late-fees
Q: Online Payments with Credit Card and ACH - Fee control Decide who pays the fee—you or your customer.
Hello AY- I have a question about client payments. I see you offer a variety of options for clients to pay invoices with credit cards and ACH. Could you provide information regarding the fees I will incur when my client uses one of these methods? I previously used a payments platform called Hopscotch, which is no longer operational. I chose them because they offered a feature that allowed the sender of the invoice to decide who pays the fee. Do you have a similar option? I have noticed that platforms like Stripe, PayPal, and Square typically charge fees of 2.9% or more, which can accumulate to a significant amount over time. Could you clarify the fees associated with client payments via credit card and ACH? Thank you.
Great question! First, we don't charge any additional payment processing fees—all fees come directly from the payment provider. For specific pricing, you'll need to check their websites (e.g., Stripe ACH is 0.8%: https://stripe.com/pricing).
To pass fees to your client, you can add them as an invoice line item or include them in the totals section as a percentage-based extra...
