Q: Credit Question, Sending an invoice with the invoice attached as attachment costs credits?
Hi,
I just noticed the credits 0/10 credits used, is this for internal use age or also online. Whenever i send an invoice to a customer and i want to attach the invoice as an attachment, Will this cost me credits?

A: Hello! Attaching the invoice PDF to your emails is free and doesn't use any credits. To turn it on, go to Customers, edit the customer, and enable "Attach PDF". Every invoice you send them will then include the PDF as an attachment.
Credits are only used when you upload your own files (images, PDFs, ZIP files, etc.) and attach them to a record. More details here:...
Does the SimpleFIN bank feed integration allow me to categorize and track internal transfers like owner's draws, or is it strictly for tracking flat business expenses?

A: Hello! SimpleFIN imports outgoing transactions from the bank account you choose as expenses. You can then open each one under Transactions > Expenses and set its category, including custom ones like "Owner's draw" or "Transfer", to track them separately. If you take draws or move money from a separate account, connecting only your expense account keeps them out entirely.
Can you please prioritize purchase orders. Many of us buy the products we sell from suppliers and have to raise purchase orders. Today I have to resort to google sheets. I believe you had this on the road map, please get it to the finish line!

A: Hello! Until purchase orders are released, you can use estimates for this by setting the document header to "Purchase Order" (per document, or as a default under Settings > Estimate), since the workflow is essentially the same. You can also set the numbering to something like PO-[NUM] in the Numbering section.

A: Awesome suggestion! We have MCP on our roadmap (https://invoiless.com/roadmap), which will let you connect Invoiless with tools like Claude to create records or query data.
A native "create invoice from a prompt" feature is also a great idea. We could support that with a BYOK (bring your own key) integration with Claude or OpenAI. Would that work for your use case? Thanks for the suggestion!...
