Q: How to use the same API to differentiate different properties?
there is only one API that needs to be applied with different properties, let's say, different business. How to separate source clients, customers, and invoices in this case scenario?
One more question, possible to run script (python or JavaScript) to the API end point ?
Your help chat bubble in the corner of the site - when you send in a new question, or bug, etc it always tells you its submitted at first for the success message, then when you click into the actual list of past messages, it says "Conversation Ended" right away.
I submitted a question back in May and never got a reply. Are you guys getting these, or is your chat system broken?

A: Thanks for flagging this! When no one on our team is online, your message comes in as an offline ticket β the "conversation ended" message is expected. We reply by email, so make sure the email in your chat settings is correct and not empty.

Can I just input a link on the invoice and it will automatically become clickable? Or do we have to use bb codes like [url]click here[url]?
Use case: link to a more detailed payment instruction, link to unsupported payment gateways, link to our "contact us" page - "contact us for payment assistance" or "contact us after completing your payment", etc.

A: Yes β in the notes and terms fields, we have a rich text editor where you can select text and attach a URL, or simply paste a link and it becomes clickable. You can also use bold, italic, lists, etc. Feel free to reach out via email if you need help finding that option.
For unsupported payment gateways, we have a dedicated feature to attach external payment links β they show up as a "Pay now"...
It works, love it so far, but could use some polish. Here's a couple more top ideas:
-Need to be able to create a custom QR code template in the settings where it uses that look across all of them. Add a little icon / logo in the center with some white space around it. Different frames around the QR codes. Ex: A thin black border & it says like "Scan w/ Phone To Pay" or some short customizable...

1. We generally prefer keeping QR codes simple, as complex designs with colors or logos can cause printing issues. I'll pass this to the team β we may add some QR customization options but no ETA on that.

Noticed if you have custom cname domain enabled, the url is: Quotes.MyWebsite.com/i/Fw4tdt5fsz
But if you take out the slug at the end of the url and try to visit just: https://Quotes.MyWebsite.com
It then goes straight to your Invoiless website. Need a way to customize a simple 404 page with our own branding, or at least a box in the settings to make it redirect to a custom 404 url on our main...

2. Estimates need to be approved first, then converted to an invoice, since an invoice is legally required to process a payment in many countries. We do have a feature request to auto-convert to an invoice and send it to the client once the estimate is...
