Jamy had downgraded my account to the starter level at 300min per month. Jamy fixed the glitch and honored the Appsumo lifetime purchase with unlimited storage and meetings. But now Jamy won't generate reports or topics. Jamy does give a transcript. But no actionable reports are produced.

error message: "You've used all 300 minutes of transcription provided in your monthly Starter plan. Upgrade to Pro." How can I find your support email? I tried online chat with support (a good feature to have) but was unable to connect.
Jamy support team has upgraded my account back to honor the AppSumo deal I purchased. Plus various updates were added to Jamy. Always good to see a company stand behind their product and deals.
There is no feature to reconnect calendars and the assistant is not joining meetings automatically. This was a basic necessity that we bought Jamy for. What is the timeline for this to be fixed by?

A: Hello. You can add Jamy to your meetings by scheduling them through the Calendar tab or by using the chrome extension.

Jamy auto join meeting assistant works if we signup as new user from jamy website, but it doesn't work for Appsumo onboarded users. This is about cheating appsumo users by taking away the most basic feature and making it useless for appsumo users.

That's right. The 300min entry level is the Starter level.

The other worrysome issue is that Storage Data Retention is only for 30 days for the Starter level. So all the work I've done will be erased.

That functionality is down at the moment due to a vendor that stopped offering the service. We are trying to replace that vendor
