Yes, we do offer support. We're also building a support ticketing system directly into the app so requests get tracked and resolved properly instead of sitting in an inbox. We'll keep you posted here once it's live.

We don't have a public roadmap to share at the moment. If there's a specific feature you're wondering about, you can just ask here and I'll tell you where it stands.
