Q: Red flags
Making it nearly impossible to reach support is a big red flag. I had to go through your terms and conditions just to find a support email, and I am still waiting for a response.
Furthermore, do you honestly expect influencers to reply when receiving an email formatted like this? https://prnt.sc/MBTeJgcbN71Y
It looks like obvious spam or low-effort bot-generated outreach

Thanks for the direct feedback - both points are fair.
Reaching support:
You shouldn't have to dig through the terms to find us. We're building a support ticketing system directly into the app, so you'll be able to raise an issue in a couple of clicks and we can track it through to resolution. Apologies for the delay on your original email.
The offer email:
That isn't how the template normally renders. The offer summary was pasted into the personal message field - that text comes from the Copy Offer button, which is meant for DMs or manual outreach. The email already builds those details into the styled Offer Details section automatically, so the message field only needs your personal note. Pasting it in duplicates everything, which is why it reads the way it does.
Here's one of your own offers with the message field used as intended: https://prnt.sc/xi07TJNLKUej
Any other feedback or concerns, send them our way. We'll keep you posted here once our new support ticketing system is live. Thanks for using Jem Social.
