Wow this is a huge issue (especially after a weekend) curious how this is resolved.

it's not a big issue for the businesses to act faster, and we'll also get a privilege from FAcebook Team to get rid of this restriction, we've applied to get the privilege. We hope we'll get it and all of our users will be able to send replies even after 24h.
