A bit concerned about the product
I Got this deal because I need a way to monitor YouTube comments on multiple channels. And YouTube notifications are not that great, and I often miss a comment or two.
So I bought the deal and went to configure my YouTube channels, only to find that this is not supported at the moment because Juphy have no more YouTube API credits.
The first troubles were reported in mid Feb, and the latest status message is from the 26 of Feb.
So for a week, customers have not been able to get messages from YouTube. And this makes me concerned.
We need to be able to trust a communication tool, to deliver the messages and not be down for a week. If it takes a week to solve an account issue at google which basically hurts all customers for a week, then this product is not as trustable as I hoped it to be.

I understand your concern but we're not a liar or we're not an unknown product!
We're out there for 3 years, this YouTube situation came out because of YouTube's limited API quota. We faced this before and we upgraded our limits about in 30-40 days because the YouTube API team working very slowly.
We have maximum transparency for our 3.000+ customers on our public roadmap https://juphy.canny.io/bugs/p/youtube-integration-temporarily-unavailable but I believe that it's not enough.
Honestly, there is no other choice rather than waiting for the Youtube API team at this point. We'll open the YouTube integration sooner or later. It won't be closed forever.
If you still have concerns, at least we have 60 days full refund policy, please trust us, and no worries.
