Q: 1080p not included?

For some reason even with the tier 1 I cannot select 1080p to export. It has the thunderbolt next to it. Confused on what the lifetime deal is? does this page need an update?

A: Hey, the monthly credits refresh on the day you started our subscription. Let's say you joined on 2nd June, your credits will be refreshed on 2nd July, 2nd Aug, and so on. Hope it helps!

Q: Your tool looks promising based on what it is designed or expected to do but I can tell you that it still has ...

way too many issues which I would have expected that they should have been solved by now. The reason being that those are the main functionality of the tool. For example, when I upload audio, it leaves out about 50 to 80% of the audio. Manually adding the brolls is a pain which makes it useless. This has been the case since launch so I don't actually see the use of the tool. my videos are usually 8 minutes or so but the tool fails in every case.
