Q: How many users are we allowed to enter per business?

I know you don't have a public roadmap however, we would like to know what you are working on and see if this app is headed in the direction that is suitable to maintain.
As mentioned before we have had some Founders come in here with big promises only to have them try to pull the rug out from under us.

The only thing that protects us as consumers are what you tell us in your roadmap and what you post in your deal offering. So while having a roadmap might not be the thing you do. I would strongly consider it.

I don't see why not having a roadmap is even considered. You do realize that the sumos work best by using your SAAS and providing feedback as what should be a point of focus next in development. We are your concentrated user base that will upvote on feature recommendations. If you don't have one I would be happy to help you create one. Roadmaps are not just for making promises on what is to come. Its about communication, its about seeing that you are actually moving the line towards a goal. Sumos are very engaged when it comes to products that are released here.

We also try everything in our power to make things as automated and simple as possible which is why having the invoice that sends updates until it is paid....is a must-have feature. Developing an Android app will be a must as well. (I personally don't have this issue) but I have had an android phone and know what it is to be without certain features.

You say you are working on various updates and improvements....can you please share what they are?

I have purchased a couple of your codes and hope that they will be of use to me however you will find that some feature requests are easier to give and help keep a loyal Sumo customer.

A: We totally understand your frustration. We are currently towards workflow updates that bring in the use of automation and AI that we will be launching this year. We have yet to share details with even our long-term clients as we would like to announce the news phase by phase, so we hope that you can respect our timeline for this!

Q: After the Billy fiasco I am actually scared of taking up that offer.

A accounting system is for me a longterm thing and not something I want to worry and change.

It might be good for the US and Canada but can't find any info on their website for Australia or other countries. All the accounting systems are very localised. (hey ... here is a new business model ... !) So not sure if this is the right software for me.

We support several Australian banks as well as allow you to set your primary currency to AUD. We also have multi-currency features to let you track payments in other currencies if needed.
