Q: Are you selling our emails externally? Possible customer data breach?
I suddenly received a newsletter/marketing email from some unknown sender claiming to be the founder of some service called "Pyrsonalize."
The thing is, I've never heard of this service before nor have I ever subscribed to it. Yet, why is it that I'm receiving this newsletter at a unique email address that I specifically created for Katteb?
So. what does this mean?

First of all let me tell you that Katteb is working and we're not selling out, and there's some new updated coming soon to Katteb too.
Regarding the email you've received, yes this is our product and we're giving our loyal customers of Katteb a special discount on the lifetime plan which we'll be announcing soon.

Can someone confirm if Katteb is really working or its dead as I don't see any replies back from support. Moreover, I think the update on the product last was seen in early 2024. Now I just keep getting promotional mail for another product from Katteb.
I have tried the app, and it continues to load or write the article with no output, or it just resets. Please update the program. Additionally, it directs me to an upgrade page, even though I have already purchased your program. I would buy more credits, but the ones that I have don't work.

Hello, the Article Pro Writer is still not working, and we're unable to generate any articles. I reported the issue 7 months ago, and you said you're gonna deal with this soon. 2 weeks ago, I have been informed by the support team that they will fix it ASAP. Are you planning to fix the bugs?
I've been informed by the support that it's been passed on to the technical team and fixed ASAP so might be worth checking in a few days, however, it's exactly the same thing we have been told ~6 months ago when we initially reported this bug.
No, its not working fine, its either not generating anything at all or completely ignoring custom outlines. We've literally reported this around 6 months ago and we've been told it's going to be fixed soon. I have also reported it a few days ago and been told its been handed over to the technical team, so as far as logic tells me, you should be aware of whats going on.

Ahmed...another problem. Now putting email and password we can't access anymore....Then you don't respond to any message on chat or email...
