Q: My 15000 credit now 600 a month

I purchased katteb with 15000 credit in the beginning and i checked today and see 600 credits a month. Why is that?

As an existing lifetime customer with 10 redeemed codes and 150,000 monthly writing credits, I am concerned about the future of Katteb Writer. Katteb's pricing page now appears to focus exclusively on the new Chat and AI Agents subscription plans. I cannot find a separate pricing page for the original Writer platform. Could you please clarify: 1. Is Katteb Writer still being actively developed and supported? 2. Will existing lifetime customers retain their original features, monthly credits, and future updates? 3. If Writer is eventually replaced, will our lifetime entitlements transfer to the new platform without requiring another subscription? 4. Why is Writer no longer clearly listed as a separate product on your pricing page? Thank you,
Good day Katteb Support, I purchased 3 tiers back in 09/2024 and want to upgrade to white-label/tier 10. There is no upgrade path via a previous AppSumo purchase. Also, will the upgrade add to my current recurring monthly credits? Thank you in advance. AJ
Hi, We found what appears to be a bug in the publishing process that may affect any WordPress site using Wordfence with its default settings. The verify, categories, and authors requests all include a browser User-Agent and work correctly. The publish request, however, is sent without both a User-Agent and Referer, causing Wordfence to block it with HTTP 503. After that, your IP is temporarily blocked, so even subsequent valid requests fail. Could you please make the publish request send the same User-Agent as your other requests? Something like: Katteb-Connect/1.5.0 (+https://katteb.com) would be sufficient. A Referer isn't necessary, sending a User-Agent alone resolves it. We've temporarily allowlisted your IP, but other WordPress sites running Wordfence are likely to encounter the same problem. Happy to provide logs if needed.
