Tried to log into my account and the site has no record of my account or my codes. Have sent 3 emails to their support with screen shot of my AppSumo account showing I purchased 3 codes. No response. I am over my 60 days with AppSumo so I can't ask for a refund. What an unprofessional company. Don't risk it!

If you did not intentionally create this file, do not ignore it. The safest steps are:
Put the site in maintenance mode or restrict access temporarily.
Backup the current state for investigation.
Remove the suspicious file /katteb-export/katteb..php and scan for similar files...

Fact Checker is so glitchy
I find when I try to fact check an article I have written, the AI seems to get glitchy and keeps repeating the same text over and over. It repeated a section 4 times in a document.
Hopefully this will be fixed.
To be honest, I wouldn't trust the fact checking.

Katteb is functional and works ok.( 3 tacos) It is NOT in my opinion any better, nor does it stand out from any other AI tools in a family of similar tools here at APPSUMO. The creators decided to pull out a portion of the product and use it as an upsell in the form of another App. From what I can tell they pretty much just quit responding to questions in early Dec. 2024. (Loss of a taco)Both of these are a huge red flag for this Old Schooler. Sometimes in life there are signs that you are about to make a bad decision. My money means a lot to me and investing in tools and people who respect that demands a little more time and effort, even if it is the "The Holidays."
