No Response. No follow up.

I had bought this product when it launched on AppSumo.
Now my plan has become a FREE tier. I had bought more than 3 codes.
No response from support after a week of follow-up.

Not recommended unless you want to waste your money.
Or suddenly lose everything that you invested.

Not Really Supportive

I make it work on my account but I was trying to show someone the system. Signed them up for a free account and on the free plan.

The free plan still has plenty of credits (only 1 article generated) and now it just forces you to buy. Its supposed to be a monthly free credit but there's no way to close the pop up and it just forces it no matter where your at.

Very bad UI.

Update: It also randomly switches the brand account I am in sometimes when I am trying to gen articles :/

Thank you for sharing this, and I’m really sorry for the frustrating experience.

The free plan should not block you with an upgrade popup if there are still available credits, especially if only one article was generated. That sounds like either a UI issue or an account/plan validation bug, and we’ll review it carefully.

Unresponsive

I really tried to give this software a good go, but it just could not handle the level of context I require to produce good quality output. My co-work setup does a lot better job, handles a lot more context, and this software was rendered useless.

I reached out to the team multiple times. The first time they came back with a new fix which was allowing to add a little bit more context, but that context didn't even begin to cover the level of detail that I have in my existing system inside of Cowork. After that, they stopped responding to my support requests.

UPDATE: STILL NO SUPPORT. Ongoing Delay in Support and Onboarding

The Googlemeet was no show. I sent them an email with screenshots almost a week ago and they haven't bothered to respond to reschedule. Very odd!!

I reached out for support to better understand the product and address some specific pain points. I was informed that the CEO was traveling and would return on May 3, at which point I would receive a calendar link for a meeting. It’s now May 12, and I still haven’t received any link, even after sending a reminder yesterday. Unfortunately, we haven’t been able to utilize the product effectively, which means we’re not seeing any return on our investment. If I don’t receive a response by the end of this week or, at the latest, by the middle of next week, I will have no choice but to request a refund. This experience raises concerns about the level of support we can expect moving forward. I’m quite disappointed so far.
