I purchased 10 codes based on the product’s advertisement claiming it would double the codes. However, the owner only provided me with one extra code, despite my evidence proving I bought 10. This feels like a scam—an dishonest product and an untrustworthy owner.

I really like the program and I am starting to find more uses for it.
My issue is with support not responding since 6/29/26 for their code match promo

As a update 7/18/26 I checked my account today and found the recent ticket closed with no explanation or plan change. Not cool at all. I do not like leaving poor reviews and even less refunding purchases. I understand startups have growing issues but seriously.

7/28/26 Yet another disapointing update. I still have not heard anything from support. I have submitted an additional ticket that was closed within 48 hours with no response.

Appsumo if you could help I would be most apprecitive. My refund date for the additional codes is 8/25. I have been dealing with this for a month now.

I've been reaching out to support for some answer to basic simple questions for about a week and can't get a response back.

Doesn't matter how good an app is if you can't contact and speak to support when you have an issue or question.

I've been reaching out to this guy for a little under a month at this point. I reachedout twice through the contact form, twice through email,and through appsumo.

This is a cash grab and most likely will disappear randomly the same way Blogify did. I woukd avoid anything that takes more than 2 or 3 days to get a reply. This guy in the comments pretending to be active but every single person that has an issue mentioned support.

AVOID THIS APPLICATION.

**Recommendation**

I tested Katteb for article generation, and the quality of the content is good. However, I found a critical issue with the direct publishing feature. Articles are published using the wrong blog template, creating formatting and presentation problems on the website. I reported this issue to the developer, but it has not been resolved.

Because of this limitation, I do not recommend using Katteb for automatic publishing. While we could use it to generate article drafts and manually upload them using the correct template, this removes the main benefit of automation, adds unnecessary manual work, and reduces overall efficiency. In my opinion, this workflow is not productive for the company.

My recommendation is to either wait until the publishing issue is fixed or evaluate alternative solutions that provide both high-quality content generation and a reliable publishing process.
