I never used my credits in last 2 months and today i logged in my account and it is saying i have used my monthly quota. What is this? I used multiple codes. How come my credits are used even if i have not logged in my account?
I'm having this same problem. I honestly forgot I'd bought this program over a year ago. I log in today to run a keyword search and the system says I need to purchase more credits. I should have the 5,000 keyword difficulty plan, but can't run any searches and can't find any way to contact the company via the dashboard. A bit frustrating. Help please!
I have purchase multiple codes and used the product many times.
Now when I login my account does not have any credits or my previous work. It is showing like I have to upgrade and there is no credits on the account or subscription.
Also why can i not contact any support from within the platform????
