Also, if a patron buys a package that provides annual periodic service, such as lawn care, does this app allow for patrons to buy a package that includes this, but invoices/bills them at the time of service, rather than the full amount all at once? Finally, does it have the capability of doing "add-on" services? For example, if a person pays to have their lawn care performed, would they be able to "add-on" a leaf blowing or hedge trimming service also? Maybe even in some sort of upsell format?
A: Hello! Apologies for late reply, as the appsumo platform doesn't notify anymore regarding the new questions and unless we check randomly, we don't see the questions. Our platform doesn't create a route for you, and we believe it is a very hard problem to solve. Even custom built enterprise solutions are not catching up with the changing requirements. Even if we developed it, It would become infeasible for our clientele to configure things like "If in London, there are multiple bookings in Zone 1, make sure to drop them consecutively". You may disable the invoicing feature, and manually issue invoices from your accounting software based on the service delivery date. Upsell works quite well with our "Custom options" feature : https://help.kiwilaunch.com/en/articles/9082547-options-option-values-how-to-use-service-variants It adds a lot of versatility.

The model that you described is not supported by kiwi. We have only one calendar that each booking is associated. Kiwi is not built to run chain-frenchise businesses however it does allow you to enter different locations and assign those locations to different services. We don’t have whatsapp notifications, only there is a whatsapp widget on the booking page to start a conversation with you, and it is one number.
As a therapist, I offer hourly packages for clients to use. They may purchase a block of 12 or 24 hours. Then they can choose how to use those hours, whether through 60min, 90min or 120min sessions. Some clients will book 60mins sessions and on occasion, when they need additional support will book 90 or 120mins. Some clients will book 90min sessions and then eventually shift to 60mins etc. This flexibility is important so the client can choose the level of support that suits them best.
Is there a way to do this? I am seeing in kiwilaunch an option for packages based on number of sessions and not number of hours...

I seem to have missed the email from Appsumo :( Constructing a total number of hours as a pool and redeeming by choosing a different duration is not something you can do via kiwi. Even if you make the service duration selectable by the client, if they book, say 24 sessions, they are booking 24 of that particular duration. If this is an important feature for you, I wouldn’t suggest using kiwi for your practice.

A: Hello, if you mean to build a marketplace platform and power it via kiwi, it won't be ideal and optimized for this model. However I also know that it is not easy to find a marketplace powering software, so you can check it out and see if it can work for you. Essentially you will have to create all tutors as staff, create services specific to these staff members, wrap them in a catalog of tutors and promote on your website with catalog embed feature. Then you can build no code features with Zapier to feed this data to Google Sheet/Airtable and try to build that dashboard layer for these tutors to view their total collected amounts. So overall the answer is no, but I certainly would recommend you to check it out, knowing how hard it is to find the one software that is ideal for you. Hope it helps!

Yes it is possible, however there is a point that may not have been obvious: Google requires "signing in with Google and giving access to kiwilaunch for Google". Since your staff members' Google account is owned by them and you wouldn't be able to login with their accounts, it needs to be done by them. You have to create staff accounts entering their emails, so they can login and sync their cals.

Our UI has some restrictions, for example it is very optimized if you have 6-10 future dates but if you have 10s of future dates it may get overwhelming for your customers. I would take a second to start a free account if you are hesitant to purchase without seeing the ui, because the new account is created with sample/demo services which will show you the ui in few seconds.

Yes it is possible, however there is a point that may not have been obvious:
