Q: How do I change the account linked to my licence?
I sent you an email via your website to ask the question below, but I haven’t received a reply to date… I purchased my first Kortex licence several months ago. I wanted to purchase a second one for my business partner. I clicked on the activation link intending to enter her email address, but it automatically logged me into my own account, overwriting or adding to my first licence. I’d like to know how to sort this out?

Being in 'deep work' is fine, but people who paid good money for your product deserve timely support. You can't just disappear. You TOTALLY ignored everyone for over a month, which actually caused me a LOT of wasted time trying to get Kortex to work. I have now refunded. I definitely wouldn't recommend anyone to buy it when they can't trust that you will be there to help them.
Hello, I’d like to confirm whether Kortex supports MCP services. If so, could you please let me know if any setup is required or if there are any limitations? Thank you.
No questions are being answered on Appsumo about this app any more and support requests sent direct are all ignored. This is a very bad sign as if the publisher cannot be bothered to support the app whilst it is on sale at Appsumo then there's no way they'll support it once it comes off sale.
So my question is this.

I put the refund through as you suggested and glad I did. Amazingly, a month and a half later and I still haven't had a single reply to any questions raised. Terrible service.

Kortex was a purchase I was deeply excited about. And then NotebookLM updated, and it hasn't worked for me since.

Bro, Refund. There are similar apps, but better and without bugs.
