Q: If you need to "revoke" a seat, like if a team member leaves, can you get the seat back to assign someone else?

Jun 2, 2026A: Hi, yes. Seats are not permanently tied to a specific person.
If a team member leaves, you can remove their access and invite someone else. Many teams do this as contractors, freelancers, employees, or clients come and go.
