Hi there - We have just bought tier one to get cracking ;O)
Do you have any plans for white labelling or CNAME? Obviously all emails sent to our clients will be from Kreatli as the example shown below - we would rather emails came from us and not confusingly being signed off with 'Best regards, Kreatli Team.'

First of all, thank you for the support and welcome aboard! 🚀
Our philosophy is a bit different from traditional white-label platforms, so custom domains and sending emails from your own domain are not currently on our roadmap.
That said, we understand the concern around client communications. One thing we're considering is allowing you to customize the invitation email copy, so you can tailor the messaging to your clients and make the onboarding experience feel more aligned with your brand.

That sounds like a very fair solution - The value you're offering is comparable to Dropbox Replay (looking to replace for a long time). Being able to customise the email subject and copy, and perhaps a logo in the body would not be as confusing for a client... who may inadvertently delete an email from Kreatli thinking it's spam. ;O)
