Hi, I am trying out kvitly with the intention to buy it on AppSumo. Looks good, except that my store only has digital download products and there is no option to upload the file in the product section. It is not a good user experience to redirect the customer to another place after the purchase.

The site will have 50+ products with new ones added. I have Launch Cart that handles digital products with file security features as well as integrations for physical goods with ShipStation, Printful, etc. Kvitly has its own strengths.

A: Hi! Frankly, we don’t have a "custom payment" field or manual instruction option for smooth checkout with non-integrated processors just yet.
In the meantime, some users handle this by using a custom redirect. In your form settings, you can set the "success" action to redirect the user to a specific "thank you" page after they submit an order. On that page, you can include your local payment...
