A: Hi! So sorry for the delay with the answer! Here is the direct breakdown of how projects and domains work:
1) Project count: These are 2 separate projects. Each independent store or website is counted as its own project, even if they use subdomains of the same root domain. This keeps the orders, customers, and settings for Store 1 and Store 2 completely separate.
