After using Labrika as a potential alternative to SE Ranking for a few days, we hoped to find a cost-effective and promising SEO tool. Unfortunately, our initial experiences with Labrika have left us underwhelmed and reconsidering our choice.

+ support is fast and detailed
+ it has many reports (so after buying you will have a lot of work to do ;)
+ there are many help-sites on how to do the stuff
+ its cheap compared to what you get (and similar software)
+ its stable and working

Improvments
- backlink would be a feature which is really really really missing, with it it would be 5 tacos at least! I hope they will implement it in the future
- you have to set it up first and take a little time before you get it how you can implement the improvments, but after that I can say as a non-seo-specialist I understand it!
- translation to german,... would be awesome

I wrote to your customer service because even if i bought a life time deal, i don't get any credits anymore since several month. The answer from the support was just an automatic copy paste (i got the very same answer more than a year ago for another topic). No answer at all about my request. Support ticket are not read.
