How flexible is the number of contacts? For example: is it possible to manage contacts such that some contacts can be removed if there is no engagement over a few messages (or if they opt out - which I assume is a fb/wa requirement) and new contacts be added in their place?

Most of the times, employees or customers will contact each others privately to make under-table deals, sometimes the employee will completely serve the customer which will make a loss for the company. This is due to the employee being able to see and easily access Whatsapp numbers! My question is, is it possible that lancepilot hide cumbers or part of the numbers from Emplyees and customers? I reviewed your pricing calculator for sending messages. If I have phone numbers for recipients in different countries, how is the cost calculated? I noticed the calculator only allows selecting one country at a time. Also, is it possible to mix phone numbers from multiple countries in a single WhatsApp campaign?

Yes — before you run any campaign using the campaign feature in Lancepilot, you’ll see the total cost upfront.
It’s totally fine if the numbers are from different countries. The platform will still calculate and show everything clearly before you launch.
