existing WhatsApp profile for your platform?

After sending a grand total of 8 messages to opted in clients, WhatsApp disabled my account for ‘non compliance’ - a learning lesson I don’t want to repeat.

Aside from using approved templates - does your platform guide businesses with alerts/info etc so their activities stay ‘high quality’ and thus reduce the chances of their accounts being disabled?

A: Hi Matt, thank you so much for your questions.

1. So, the number you want to connect to whatsapp business api via Lancepilot, can not be associated with any whatsapp app or whatsapp business app. Simply, use another number to connect. Please contact live support for quicker assitance.

2. So i blieve you used normal business app to outreach and meta banned your number. With whatsapp business api meta do not ban your number for sending message. Meta ban numbers if you receive blocks and reports from your prospects. Initially with whatsapp business api meta gives you 250 messages per day limit. To minimize the block rate, we have implemented unsubscribe and block button as well. There are more best practices that could be done to minimize the block ratio from prospects. We are planning to add comprehensive course on this. Please keep an eye on our community.

Thanks for the initial reply. A few more Qs:

1a)Does your platform also allow use of a 'shortcode' number (i.e a Business name) for one way messaging?
1b)Does the number we use need to be able to receive verification codes?
1c)Can I purchase a UK number +44 from yourself?

2)For Tier 4 use with clients - does each workspace have 1 number?
3)Is there an ETA on the iOS mobile app?

1. did you mean if you can send a message to a business name instead of number? If so, you can send message to a number only. Meta allow sending messages to your whatsapp prospects.

or if you mean if you can show your business name instead of your number then if your business is verified from meta business manager after connecting a number then your business name will be shown.

1 b) yes
1 c) Yes but please not the numbers are only for 1 time OTP purpose, Not accessible after its done. However, you can use Vyke if you need access of the numbers
2) Yes- each workspace 1 number
3) ios app upto 4-8 weeks
