I am writing to you concerning my purchase of Lancepilot. I saw the update posted on April 1, 2026, stating that the partner is rebuilding the platform and there is currently no confirmed timeline for full functionality to be restored.

Currently, core features of the tool are entirely unusable for me. Given the uncertainty of the repair timeline and the inability to use the product as advertised, what are my options regarding this purchase? Am I eligible for a refund or AppSumo credits to use on a functioning alternative?
