renteriahQ: Service Message Pricing Question.
The pricing calculator link for Meta you provided lists price for messages for Marketing, Utility and Authentication categories, but not for Service Messages, which are the ones that apply when Businesses reply with an open message (not template) to a client inquiry message. I know those incoming messages from clients are free and once I reply with an open Service message a 24 hour window opens for Service messages, but I have 2 questions:
1. What’s the price for every Service message in Mexico? A calculator for messages in “Service” category would help.
2. Even more important for me: do we get the 1000 Free service messages per month that Meta provides?
