Late has received high praise from customers for its user-friendly API, smooth interface, and reliable posting functionality. While some users have encountered challenges with API integration and limitations on daily posts, these are minor issues in the overall experience. Considering the overwhelmingly positive feedback, Late is a solid choice for those seeking an efficient social media scheduling tool. Additionally, with a 60-day money-back guarantee, it's certainly worth trying out.

With price change it's cheaper to go to the normal plan than using your appsumo plan
It's soo frustrating to deal with this situations, I feel paying with my time after the success of every appsumo deal.
Right now, if you want the same features than the 6$ Zernio plan with 3 accounts. You need to pay 450$/ month with your Appsumo plan.

Misleading
The core function of Late (now Zernio) is ok. Most of the time, I get an error that some of my scheduled posts did not publish due to an unknown error or any other random reason such as image was not found when I had it attached to the scheduled post and it posted to other platforms under the same schedule so there is clearly something seriously wrong with the platform. That's the app's core function, and errors shouldn't be this frequent! I got one of these errors at least once every two or three days! In addition to that, they keep asking for more money for some small functions that should be added according to the LTD terms below, as I'm on Tier 4:
"All future Basic (Tier 1), Professional (Tier 2), Advanced (Tier 3) or Enterprise (Tier 4) Plan updates.
If Plan name changes, deal will be mapped to the new Plan name with all accompanying updates."
They're asking for a ridiculously high monthly payment of $150 per additional feature that was not released during the deal. I believe a class action lawsuit should be initiated or at least a full refund of all early adopters. I hope Appsumo intervenes before this gets ugly. For reference, see other reviews before me who mentioned the same thing! The deal, at this point, seems like just bait to commit to their system and use our money to develop new features that are extremely overpriced and should've been included under the deal terms.

Miss used trust, Violated agreements, Stay Away
Initially, this was going to be a positive review. The Late team was responsive, and as they expanded, new features became available quickly.
My team willingly paid the additional $10/month per feature and began expanding our services. While I didn’t originally plan to pay extra for basic features like analytics, the pricing felt reasonable at the time, so it wasn’t a major concern.
That changed overnight.
I woke up one day to find our additional API features had stopped working. I assumed it was a routine issue—maybe an API update or something minor that could be fixed easily. Instead, I logged in to discover that “Late” had become “Zernio.” Not only was my account not renewed, but the subscription pricing had increased by 1500%. Features that previously cost $10/month were now $150/month. On top of that, all prior frontend/user-facing billing history had been removed, making it extremely difficult to verify past payments.
Naturally, I contacted support, assuming there had been some kind of mistake. And there was—according to their system, I had manually canceled my account. I made it clear that I had not canceled and was ready to reactivate my plan. My invoice showed the plan had ended just three days prior to my outreach. I only noticed the issue because my endpoints were suddenly deactivated—there was no billing failure, no warning, and no cancellation on my end.
Despite this, they refused to resolve the issue.
Users are effectively being forced into drastically higher pricing plans they never agreed to, with no effort to honor previously established terms. It’s both disheartening and deeply concerning.
I’m sharing this so others don’t end up in the same position—after investing months of time, effort, and money—only to be pushed into paying significantly more due to questionable pricing changes, lack of honor, and a lack of accountability.

Good product, but add-ons pricing doesn’t make sense
The tool works well and the support has been fast and helpful so far.
However, the pricing for the analytics add-on is very confusing. I bought Tier 2 to support the product, but analytics costs $50/month, while Tier 1 users only pay $10/month for the same feature.
I’m currently publishing around 100 posts per month, so I’m not even close to using Tier 2’s full capacity. Paying $50/month just for analytics feels unreasonable.
Because of this, I had to use competitors to access analytics. So GetLate is leaving money on the table.
I hope the developer reconsiders this pricing strategy. If that changes, I’d gladly update my review.
