Welcome to AppSumo. Your product looks promising and offers a strong alternative to many other carts and stores available. That said, running an LTD alongside AppSumo concurrently feels a bit misleading since you could just funnel the AppSumo audience to visit your site for a version with more features; intent can be misconstrued. Also, it’s great to see you engaging with comments and reviews. One piece of advice: never share receipts publicly. You didn’t even hide the email address which I always consider PII. Whether someone wants to criticize you or is genuinely confused, there’s no need to show the transaction as proof. Keep delivering a great product and excellent support, and that will handle any exceptions.

Just to clarify, both LTDs are essentially the same in terms of offering—we're not holding back any exclusive features outside of AppSumo. Our goal is to be transparent and consistent across all platforms. there was a early bird sale which was only for first 100 ltd users but its not available anymore
We truly appreciate the community here and always strive to engage with everyone. We're also committed to quick and reliable support: our response time is typically 1–6 hours on weekdays and within 24 hours on weekends.
Noted on the point about receipts—but we are not sure we ever shared any transaction proof anywhere if u could point us where that happened we would be mindful of that in the future
