As for shipping couriers, feel free to send us the aggregator of your choice and we’d be happy to build an app integration for it. Alternatively, you can also create the integration yourself using any AI tool and publish it directly to our marketplace.
Google AI Mode tells me about a native payment gateway on Launch My Store platform called LMS Payments. From where did Google get that information because its not mentioned in the help docs?

A: We actually used to offer LMS Payments for certain countries in the past. However, due to a high number of chargebacks and the operational overhead that comes with running a payment gateway, we decided to step back from payments for now and focus on what we do best ecommerce infrastructure and store building.

A: Hi,
Great question! The Point of Sale (POS) add-on lets you sell in person — at a store counter, pop-up, market stall, or event — using the same LaunchMyStore account that runs your online store. Everything stays in sync: one inventory, one customer list, one set of orders.
1. Why are currencies not in alphabetical order on chicute.com? 2. What shipping partner integrations in place? 3. Option to automatically decline transactions from sanctioned countries? (Stripe US may need proof of internal controls in case their bots flag an account) 4. What does LMS do that Selldone doesn't? (Sorry for a direct query, I have higher tier of Selldone).

A: Hey, great questions let me take them one at a time:
1. Currencies not alphabetical on chicute.com I just checked and that store doesn't have multi-currency enabled on the storefront. When it is enabled, our currency selector renders alphabetically by ISO code. Could you send a quick screenshot to [email protected]? If something's slipping through, we want to fix it the same day.
Another example: keilrahmen.com — this customer wanted something completely different from standard theme designs. Using LaunchMyStore MCP, they created a fully custom storefront tailored to their exact requirements.
This is not one of the standard themes available in the LaunchMyStore marketplace, thats why Design is not the best that we normally offer with our themes on this store

Every product slider and layout there was custom built through LaunchMyStore MCP based entirely on the customer’s requirements. I’m 99% sure the customer didn’t even touch the builder manually AI handled almost the entire design and setup process end-to-end.
