A: Currently, LaunchMyStore doesn’t include a built-in audiobook player that auto-gates content after a free preview. However, you can achieve exactly what you want with a two-step workaround:

Host your audio elsewhere
Choose any audio-hosting service that lets you embed an audio player and control access. For example:

SoundCloud (use private tracks and share preview embeds)

Amazon S3 + CloudFront with signed URLs

Castos or Transistor podcast hosts

Upload your chapters there, set the first few to “public” (free preview) and keep the remaining chapters private (only accessible via a paid link).

Sell the paid link as a digital product on LaunchMyStore

In your LaunchMyStore dashboard, go to Products → Add New Product.

Select Digital Product, give it a title (e.g., “Chapters 4–12 of My Novel”), and in the product description paste the private embed or download link from your hosting service.

Set your price, configure any download limits or expiration, and publish.

When visitors browse your store, they’ll be able to listen to Chapters 1–3 for free via your hosted preview, then purchase the digital product to unlock the rest seamlessly through the link you provided.
