May 27, 2025A: Yes, you can absolutely use the store for French customers. Our system supports multiple languages, including French, both on the frontend and backend.
For the backend, we use Google Translate to provide initial translations. While it may not always be perfect, we continuously improve and refine the translations as needed. You also have the option to adjust any backend content manually.
On the frontend, we ensure proper and accurate translations.as it doesnt use google translate. You can fully customize your store, add products, and create menus in French. Everything will work smoothly for French-speaking customers. And we will take care of static words such as for checkout and everything

Once you receive an order, you can print the invoice or packing slip directly from LaunchMyStore. For the actual shipping label, you’ll need to generate and print it from your shipping provider’s account, as it's not created automatically by the system.
