Q: Cannot add same staff account to different stores
Hi, it seems that I cannot do the above for the same staff with the same email to different stores under my plan, why is this so? Error message appears. I can add other emails in staff account.

Feb 2, 2026A: Yes, we recently released LaunchMyStore 2.0 and all existing issues were resolved in this update
