- Hi, it seems that I cannot do the above for the same staff with the same email to different stores under my plan, why is this so? Error message appears. I can add other emails in staff account.
- I attempted to delete 1 of my websites in order to change its name. After doing so, when I signed back in my account no longer shows Tier 2 status and is prompting me to upgrade. I would appreciate your help restoring the correct privileges for the account.
