We are currently working on integrating Shiprocket, and if you have any suggestions, feel free to let me know. In the meantime, you can use webhooks to import orders to any provider of your choice with any automation tool that supports webhooks. or if the platform itself supports webhooks or post requests
We will also be releasing our API documentation shortly.
Regarding Google Pay, if you are using Stripe, you can enable Google Pay from your Stripe settings, and it will appear as a payment method on the Stripe payment page.
Yes, we do support Cash on Delivery.
At the moment, we do not support one-page checkout directly from the product page. However, once a user clicks "Buy Now," they will be redirected to the checkout page where they can enter their details and proceed with payment.
We are also working on our own "Magic Checkout," which will be available in Phase 6. We've completed the planning, UX, and UI design for a modern, high-converting checkout experience. It will feature a single popup for everything, but merchants will always have the option to choose the traditional checkout method.
thanks for immediate response brother, UPI payment is available? in India we no longer use any of traditional gateways such as stripe/ paypal / ... we mostly use UPI payments & Cash on delivary via shiprocket or similar platforms, Dear brother, please also advice me is there is a possibility once the customer fill the COD / they automatically get SMS / Email notifications, also shipment stat
Yes ofcourse for upi payments u can integrate with phonepe and razorpay in 1 minute we will also be adding Cashfree shortly &
Cash on delivery and manual payments can be enabled as well from payment settings in one click

to properly deliver product without fail or avoid returns, Customers regular order notification and is very important via sms/whatsapp/email , also if we post a ads on FB instagram how can i see the analytics? for some of these options we using 3rd party solutions .. i am seeing many important place coming soon notification in back end, when will this product completely matured for production

customer notification on every order event to customer once u receive an order the merchant and customer would both get a email notifying the order has been placed when u mark the order as shipped customer would be notified via email along with tracking details entered by merchant in the dashboard

u can create your own design via predefined component blocks such as featured products or categories etc and reorder them however u like u can also customize text color scheme of every block that u add apart from this u can enable custom css to add more customization to your store we have several themes available let me know your niche we will add a theme for that as well ,u can Checkout Gold Plan

One more question, in ecom store first priority to create trust from customer for that we use product reviews (of course positive reviews with tacos ratings) is there available?, countdown offer timer, customer sales push, end of deal alert, what are the product page special options available brother? Other than fixing variants? ( trust badges, return policy, kind of sales push options we can do
yes of course we have a customer testimonials block available in our builder u can add reviews from your customer & customize it however u like u can use customize section block its for advance users u can use that to customize the review however u like add stars tacos , hint- ( u can use chatgpt to create customized html codes for any usecase) for end of the deals alert u can add promobar on top
as for product page options currently we offer full customization u can customize colors and other visible items however u like with predefined options and custom css morever we are adding plugin feature for trustbadges etc to boost sales and upsell as well , u can create your return policy by moving over to pages and add your return policy from there and add that via menus editor on the website
Dear Shivam , our end concern is Indian shipping methods shiprocket for example, every day 100s of orders means we cannot able to manually manage, it should automatically sync with that system, can u help us to integrate? Since u r 2 yrs old company and hosting under ur control, what if any domain blocklist or payment gateway issue and our customer data protection?

As for customer data - we are fully complaint with all the data protection laws our main database server is located in london !
