Q: Is emailing/messaging customers who bought within the system or we need to set up 3rd party solution?
Hi there. Can you please explain the part about customer notifications, eg email? After placing an order or sending tracking, will the system email them or do we need to set it up via 3rd party email platforms?

Mar 25, 2025A: currently we use our own email system for customer notification or use webhooks to setup using 3rd party plaform but rest assured u will be able to add your own smtp server in a week

The customer will receive email with your branding and logo but sender will be noreply@launchmystore.io for now we will add all the features listed above shortly
