Q: Is Printful integration on Tier 1?
Interested in your platform. Sounds like a good product and good service "the customer is king/queen"! I'm interested in Tier 1 for now, but want to be sure it includes Printful and Printify integrations. Do you have a video on how the newsletter looks and works? Would we need a 3rd party email provider to send out the newsletter or does your platform send out the emails? And if so is there a limit on how many emails can be sent out at a time or a day? Thanks!

Currently, the Printful and Printify integrations are available on Tier 2 and above. However, you can still check out an example of a store with our newsletter feature at the following link:

If you scroll down, you'll find a sample newsletter box where users can enter their emails. These email addresses will then be collected in your dashboard, and you can easily export them as a CSV file and upload them to your preferred newsletter software, such as Mailchimp.
Additionally, the newsletter is fully customizable, allowing you to adjust color codes, text, and design using custom CSS. This gives you full control over how the newsletter appears to your subscribers.
Regarding email sending, the platform currently handles order confirmations and update emails directly, with no restrictions on the number of emails sent out per day. For newsletters, you'd need a third-party email provider like Mailchimp or others to send them.
