Of course, you can create as many variations as possible for a product (e.g., material, size) by creating variants of a product, along with a combination of variations, different prices, SKUs, quantities, and images.

You can also add customized fields in checkout. You can name those fields and choose their types, such as date or upload image. Your customers will then be able to enter information in those fields as well.

Please note that product-specific fields are currently in progress. However, checkout-based fields can be entered setup by
Settings - Checkout - Add additional fields
