I had been looking for a suitable shop solution for a long time and tried out some tools. Either they were still buggy, too complicated (I only have some service products – not 100 or 1000 eCommerce products) and not fully localizable (I need a 100% solution in German).

LaunchMyStore offers as that and much more (including current requirements, e.g. withdrawal button for online contracts/orders according to EU law). The setup is simple and intuitive. Setting up a professional shop only takes a few hours. I think the offer (I have Tier 2) is extremely good.

The special thing (as previously written/confirmed by other Sumolings) is the support. I have purchased a lot of tools through AppSumo. There are few providers with very good support, some providers with average support and unfortunately (too) many providers with poor support. Often it is the providers with poor support who get into trouble after 1-2 years and may have to close their service/company.

LaunchMyStore has very good support = all my questions about my shop setup were answered within a few hours in a complete, very detailed and very friendly way. This makes me confident that with LMS I have finally found the right – and hopefully long-term – shop solution for me. Clear recommendation from me and to the LMS team, please keep up the good work!

I bought LaunchMyStore to build a store for digital products, and I’ve been really impressed with their support.

During the setup, I reported a few issues, including some small localization details for Japanese customers and some technical webhook-related problems. I expected the usual SaaS support experience: a polite reply, and maybe a fix later.

But they usually replied within a few hours and fixed things quickly. They even took small details seriously, which really matters when you are building a real store for real customers.

They listened, understood the problems, and moved fast. At one point, I honestly wondered if the team ever sleeps.

There's a lot here for novices (such as I). Nova Ai is a huge plus...but LaunchMyStore (Tier 1 for me) still offers a lot for on-line store owners. Need help? The staff gets back to you pronto (with grace...because some of us - like me - are not as fast as others). Just know this - once you click on, they will help you get your site ready quickly!

This is my first store outside of Shopify so I appreciate the simplicity

The support team at Launch My Store has been incredibly helpful throughout my transition. I’ve been working closely with Claude AI to map out my entire site and decide which features to include as I move from my WordPress site. Since some elements, like my community membership plugin, need to remain on WordPress, I’m creating a hybrid setup combining both platforms. While this approach is a bit complex, the Launch My Store support has been very responsive and supportive every step of the way. Once my store is fully set up, I’ll update this review with my final thoughts.

UPDATE: I’m still in the process of setting up my first store, currently focused on creating products before completing the build. At the same time, I’m preparing materials for a second store I plan to launch on this platform.

During my setup, I encountered a few glitches, but the support team resolved them very quickly, which was impressive. Interestingly, I also purchased Selldone while building with Launchmystore to compare both platforms. After testing both, I decided to refund Selldone due to its complexity. Launchmystore is just as feature-rich and significantly easier to use.

If you’re thinking about building a store, Launchmystore should definitely be in your cart. Its intuitive layout, powerful and varied addons, and responsive support (I’m not sure if they ever sleep!) make it a fantastic choice. I’m very happy to be working with this company!
