It has been 48 hours, and customer service has not responded with an upgraded account notice or license. Has this product been abandoned? It doesn't work well right now.
I've been waiting for an upgraded license too for over 24 hours. Have you received an update? I've sent them a support ticket too, but no response yet.
The demo version (before I put in my AppSumo license and changed from Demo to Standard) found one more result (and the best result) for my search. Is the demo equivalent to the business? Will I need to upgrade on your site to get that better outcome?
Q: Would like to see this come back as a lifetime offer of sorts.
I would feel more comfortable in trying the application under business account.
