It has been 48 hours, and customer service has not responded with an upgraded account notice or license. Has this product been abandoned? It doesn't work well right now.

Q: Why do the founders not answer questions in a timely manner?
It’s not a good sign for us buyers concerning your service.
The demo version (before I put in my AppSumo license and changed from Demo to Standard) found one more result (and the best result) for my search. Is the demo equivalent to the business? Will I need to upgrade on your site to get that better outcome?
Q: Would like to see this come back as a lifetime offer of sorts.
